SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURNS

The quality, craftsmanship and artistry of our products and services, and your custom is very important to us, and we shall endeavour to resolve any errors on our part.

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs:

Shipping Rates and taxes are calculated at checkout, and are dependant upon your location. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your product to arrive. Please note, customs charges may also apply.

Refund & Returns: 

Our policy lasts 30 days and applies only to products that are defective or damaged in transit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer replacement products.

Please note, in cases only where there are no longer any replacements available of products originally purchased, then either an alternative product will be offered, or a full refund, in accordance with our Returns Policy and Terms of Service.

To be eligible for a replacement product, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Products damaged by customers will not be eligible and accepted for exchange or refund.

Please note, we do not accept responsibility for issues or damages caused by shipping companies, couriers, or any other such postal services, as this is outside of our control. 

In the unlikely event that your product is received with marks or damage caused by the delivery service, please follow the steps outlined below in this Returns Policy before returning it in its original packaging, with its corresponding completed RMA form. 

As soon as all these steps are complete, and we have verified the damage, a replacement product will be sent out to you as soon as possible, or in situations where a replacement (or alternative product of your agreement) is not available, then a refund issued, in accordance with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Step 1.) Please send an email to enquiries@jackthompsonart.com and include photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging and request an RMA Number. Once we have verified eligibility, you will receive a reply with your RMA Number and Form and details of the return address.

Step 2.) Print out our RMA Form and send us a copy of your completed form by email.

Step 3.) Return your product using the original packaging in which you received it.

Step 4.) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If it is approved, then a replacement product will be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Please note, in cases where there are no longer any replacements available of the product you originally purchased, then an alternative replacement product of your agreement will be offered. If the replacement product is not agreeable and accepted by you, then a full refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days, in accordance with our returns Policy and Terms of Service.

The following products are exempt from exchange, return or refund. These include:

-Gift cards

-Downloadable products, for example, e-books;

-NFT’s.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
